Debbie Lee-Murray PT, MPT
Debbie Lee-Murray PT, MPT is a native Houstonian who graduated from University of Houston in 1994. She then went to University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and graduated with a Master's in Physical Therapy. Since that time, Debbie opened up Balance & Neuro PT in 2004. Shortly after that, Mark Willis & Balance Diagnostic became her business partner.
Debbie has a passion for working with people that have neurological, balance & vestibular deficits. Her business model includes having one therapist working with one patient at a time.

Mark Willis
CEO
Mr. Willis has a proven track record of business start-ups, venture capital and various CEO roles. He has served as CEO for an oil & gas drilling and exploration company, a telecom provider and an aircraft parts re-manufacturer. In addition he has served on numerous boards including Chairman and CEO of a NASDAQ traded telecom company.
As a venture capitalist, Mark has invested in and supported management in numerous start-up companies, which include a medical device manufacturer and distributor, a health care software company, and an Open MRI clinic.
Mr. Willis is responsible for assembling the team at Balance Diagnostic and providing the initial investment to launch the start-up. Mark graduated from TCU with a major in Marketing and has held previous sales and marketing positions prior to launching Willis Group in 1997.
Melissa Fortenberry OTR
Melissa Fortenberry OTR has worked for Balance and Neuro Physical Therapy for almost 8 years. She loves working there because it gives her the chance to work closely with clients that deal with a variety of complex coordination and strength issues as well as helping clients move past dizziness and forward with their lives.
Melissa is a native of Lumberton, Texas. She graduated from Texas Women's University with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 1996. She have spent her whole career with adults here in Houston. Melissa began focusing on medically complex patients and specializing in neurological disorders in 1999 when she moved from Memorial Hermann Rehab Hospital to Memorial Hermann Continuing Care Southwest.
Balance Physical Therapy has given Melissa the opportunity to gain her Certification in Vestibular Rehab, become a Bioness and a Saebo Trained Therapist. Melissa has been married for 17 years and has 2 daughters. She and her family live in Westbury and they love to spend time outdoors and socializing with friends.

Kelly Twohey-Byrne PT, MS
Kelly Twohey-Byrne has worked as a PT for over 23 years working with neurological, orthopedic and vestibular patients. Prior to joining the Center for Balance and Neurological Physical Therapy Center, she worked at TIRR for 12 years both inpatient and outpatient and at the TIRR Challenge Program. She was instrumental in developing the PT program for Project Victory, a grant-funded TIRR program for veterans and active duty soldiers suffering from mild TBI and PCS that addresses their orthopedic, neurologic and vestibular symptoms.
Wendy Rameriz
Kirstin Woods
Kirstin Woods is originally from Louisiana. She studied at Louisiana Tech University in Biology/pre-medicine, moved to Houston and completed her Master's of Art program at the Academy of Healthcare Professions. Kirstin is the VNG (Videonystagmography) technician and has worked at Balance and Neurological PT for 5-1/2 years. She completed the Micro Medical practical course in vestibular testing in Dallas, TX and the Micro Medical Assessment, Interpretation & Management of Balance Disorders in Galveston, TX.
